How to register for the Open Solicitation?

To register, please complete the form below and upload an executed Confidentiality Agreement (right click on the link and select “save link as”).

SOO Green encourages all parties to complete and execute the CA as provided. However, SOO Green will consider minor edits to the CA proposed by a registering party. In that case, please submit a redline version of the CA document as part of the registration process on the OS website.

Registered parties should expect to execute, on their own behalf, either or both of a binding Precedent Agreement for transmission service over the SOO Green transmission line or a power purchase or power sale agreement for supply delivered over the SOO Green transmission line.

Once you have registered and received your credentials, you may login to access the privileged documents.
